Should you cancel 48 hours or more in advance of your tour departure time, you will receive a full refund. If you are unable to make your tour please contact us by phone at 928-638-5337 to reschedule. No shows will be charged full price with no refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AIRPLANE OR HELICOPTER FLIGHT TOURS:
Cancellation policy for tours with Helicopter Flights and Airplane Flights is 48 hours prior to your flight time. If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance of your flight departure time, you will receive a full refund. No cancellations or changes will be accepted 48 hours prior to your flight time and the tour flight price is non-refundable. Should you book within 48 hours of the flight, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and your credit card will be charge the full amount.
VISITOR’S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
I recognize that there is an element of risk in any adventure, sport or activity associated with the outdoors. I am fully cognizant of the risks and dangers inherent in any activity. Knowing of the inherent risks, dangers and rigors required of said activity, I certify that I and my family, including minor children, are fully capable of participating in the said activity. Therefore, I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and/or to members of my family, or for loss or damage to my personal property and expenses thereof as a result of my negligence or the negligence of my family participating in said activity except to the extent such damage or injury may be due to the negligence of Grand Canyon Jeep Tours & Safaris. I further understand that Grand Canyon Jeep Tours & Safaris reserves the right to refuse any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in Grand Canyon Jeep Tours & Safaris activities. I consent to and authorize the use and reproduction of any photo images which Grand Canyon Jeep Tours & Safaris has taken for any purpose without further compensation to me or my family.
